- Keep customers updated regarding the progress of their orders as requested

- Female, not more than 27 years old
- College graduate, preferably Marketing or Management or Accounting graduate
- Computer literate
- Articulate and can speak and write in English

The beginning of the new era.
SCORT Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was established in 1966 under Philippine Laws and is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). It has a license to operate as a drug trader and drug distributor issued by the Food and Drug Administration. SCORT Pharmaceuticals, Inc. carries pediatric and adult product lines and under the new management, it will eventually venture on natural food supplements. These products are manufactured by reputable and ISO certified laboratories specifically Sydenham Laboratories Inc. in Dasmarinas, Cavite and Northfields Laboratories Inc. in Malolos, Bulacan.

The new management took control on October 2009 and has since then been working on restructuring the Company and reformulating marketing strategies. To date, the Company has two (2) exclusive products for distribution, CONOTAB and COFREL indicated for colds and cough, respectively. A new product will also be launched within the year, “LUYANG DILAW”, to be manufactured by Northfield Laboratories, Inc. And as of now we have a new website for corporate news, communication, information and an online ordering e-commerce.

CONOTAB
(PhenylprophanolamineHCl + Chlorphenamine Maleate)
Decongestant/Antihistamine
Formulation:
Each tablet contains:
Phenylpropanolamine Hydrocloride …….… 20 mg
Chlorphenamine Maleate ………. 2 mg
Dosage and Administration:
To be taken every 6 to 8 hours as prescribed by the physician
Adult ……………………….1 tablet
Children 6 to 12 years ……………………….1/2 tablet
Below 6 years ……………………….As prescribed by the physician
Availability:
Tablet 10 x 10’s (box of 100’s)
Indications:
For common colds, hay fever, sinus and nasal congestion, watery eyes and related allergic symptoms.
Precautions:
Antihistamine should not be given to premature infants or neonates; this group of patients has an increased susceptibility to antimuscarinic effects. Elderly patients are also more susceptible to many adverse effects of antihistamines, including antimuscarinic effects, sedation, and hypotension. Many antihistamines may cause drowsiness; patients so affected should not drive or operate machinery and should avoid alcoholic drink. Because of their antimuscarinic properties, antihistamine should be used with care in conditions such as closed-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, prostatic hypertrophy, or pylorodoudenal obstruction.
Sympathomimetic agents such as Phenylpropanolamine Hydrochloride should be used with caution in patients, which may be particularly susceptible to their effects, particularly those with hyperthyroidism. Great care is also needed in patients with cardiovascular disease such as ischemic heart disease, arrhythmia or tachycardia, occlusive vascular disorders including arteriosclerosis, hypertension or aneurysms. Anginal pain may be precipitated in patients with angina pectoris. Care is also required when sympathomimetic agents are given to patients with diabetes mellitus or closed-angle glaucoma, pregnancy, lactation, newborn or premature infants.
COFREL
(Chlorphenamine Maleate + Potassium Guaiacolsulfonate)
Expectorant
Formulation:
Each 5 mL contains:
Potassium Guaiacolsulfonate …….… 60 mg
Chlorphenamine Maleate ………. 1 mg
Dosage and Administration:
To be taken every 4 to 6 hours as prescribed by the physician
Adult ……………………….1 tbsp. (15mL)
Children 6 to 12 years ……………………….1/2to 1 tsp. (2.5 – 5 mL)
Availability:
Syrup is available in bottle of 60 mL and 120 mL
Cherry flavor
Indications:
A non- narcotic expectorant for safe and effective control of useless coughs associated with colds, influenza, pharyngitis and bronchitis. It is also useful for cough due to smoking and inhalation of irritating substances.
Precautions:
As in any other preparation containing antihistamines, drowsiness may occur. Patients so affected should not drive or operate machinery and avoid alcoholic drink.
